Delivery of products
- Delivery times vary depending on the delivery region and time of order, but delivery generally takes about 7 business days after the order is placed.
Returns, exchanges, and order cancellations
- Cancellation of an ordered product can be made up until shipping processing is carried out, and returns of products after arrival can be made only within 7 days of the product's arrival. Products whose orders have been canceled or that have been returned cannot be changed to a different product or exchanged (including exchanges due to a change in size), so please be sure to confirm the size, color, price, and quantity before completing your order.
- Depending on the order details, product condition, etc., we may be unable to accept order cancellations or returns (for detailed conditions on order cancellation and returns, please refer to Article 15 of the Terms of Service).
- For defective products, we will exchange them only for the same product, and only when stock is available.
